When can I expect my refund?Updated a year ago

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it, and issue a refund in the amount of the original charge for the item(s). Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your returned package for your merchandise refund to be processed. Once that happens, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details. Please note that once we process a refund it can take 3-5 more business days for the funds to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.
